Gare de Lyon

Throughout our journey we have traveled through many train stations. Gare de Lyon in Paris is incredible and of course I had to shoot it. This image is actually a combination of 2 images stitched together. It gives you a sense of how large the station is.

The French Riviera in color

All good things must come to an end. We have spent the last week in Nice exploring the French Riviera. The colors here are truly amazing, so I thought I would share some of my favorites from our journey. Tomorrow we leave for Paris before heading home on Tuesday.

Bastille Day

Saturday was Bastille Day in France, which marks the storming of the Bastille, or prison, by the revolutionaries. It is France's national holiday and we celebrated with about 3 million people near the Eiffel Tower. As you'll see in the gallery, the Metro wasn't the easiest form of transportation that night!

Paris

We're leaving tomorrow for Nice and thought I would share a few images from our stay in Paris. This city is great for just roaming around and shooting. I had to bust out the Lensbaby for a few shots to give 'em a little more interest.
