Last Thursday the studio was taken over by 19 dogs. Great job from the crew from Sergeant's, Tamar Geller and her team. The pup on the right is former Malone & Co crew member Stephanie's new Labradoodle.
You just might see some of the images in a pet store near you.
Andrew and I finally made it here. We are now heading over to Surfsong on Beef Island for the days activities. Andrew has none of his clothes as the airline lost his bag. I will only say the airlines initials are "AA".

Sam and I were in Dawson, Minnesota last week and wanted to share a few behind the scenes of our shoot. Many thanks to Jim for driving BOTH ways. The 10 hour trip makes for good use of editing time or Googling for a place to stay.

Imagine turning an airplane hanger into a camera. The Great Picture will happen this June by the Legacy Photo Project. They will use a pinhole camera that will expose a emulsion-coated muslin that is 25x100 feet.
A few months ago I worked on a project for AAA Magazine that was doing a story on diners in Nebraska. Here are a few images from Wigwams in Wahoo and Virginia's in Lincoln. If you're ever traveling through be sure to stop by and check them out.
I just finished watching Born into Brothels, a documentary that follows several children who live in the red light district of Calcutta. All I can say is this film is fantastic. Zana Briski, a New York based photographer, gives each of the kids a camera and teaches them about photography. These Kids with Cameras are truly an inspiration to us all. If you have a minute check out the website-it's a mission of hope. Be sure to check out the Kids' gallery too!
We finally made it. Stephanie and I left for NY today for a shoot with the University of Nebraska Foundation.
After our departure flight was delayed, we missed our connecting flight in Detroit (which was later cancelled) and the heavy falling snow outside the airport merely added to our fears of not making it. With four hours of waiting under our belts, and three more approaching, we decided to shoot a few images of Detroit's newest terminal. Check out some of our images in the Gallery. Needless to say, if you're ever going to be stuck in an airport- this one is pretty cool.
