Finding your way around the maze of digital photography terms can be rough at times but the folks at UPDIG have come to the rescue. UPDIG is, according to their website, "a working group of digital imaging professionals and allied trade groups and manufacturers, dedicated to promoting worldwide standards in the commercial application of digital imaging."

Sam and I were in Dawson, Minnesota last week and wanted to share a few behind the scenes of our shoot. Many thanks to Jim for driving BOTH ways. The 10 hour trip makes for good use of editing time or Googling for a place to stay.
I've restarted, for the upteenth time, my efforts to keyword all my older work. The effort reminds of the joy of creating abstract images, as I dig deeper I'll continue share.

Inspired by a photograph taken by Stephanie, the crew at Malone & Co. spent last Saturday at Hefflinger dog park shooting dogs for the 2007 version of our calendar. We'll be making prints of the dogs available for sale with all profits going to the Dog Park Advocates to help grow the park. Look for more information in early December.
